As many of you already know, there is an active search in the greater Boston area for a suspect connected to the Marathon bombings. Although there is no known threat to the Somerville area at this time, residents are urged to remain vigilant, stay tuned to news reports, keep doors locked and not open your door to a stranger until the suspect is captured. If you work in Watertown, please be aware that access to Watertown is restricted. Somerville Police are working with area police departments during this investigation.
